To download the files just click the font you'd like and save it to your Documents or Desktop.
Regarding Copyright: Each font maker has their own legal rules for the fonts so please consider them "Free for Personal Use".

- Windows Vista : Right-click on the font files > "Install"
- Windows XP : Put the font files into C:\Windows\Fonts
- Mac OS X : Double-click the font file > "Install font" button.
